WHAT IS URP?
The Public Relations Office (URP) is the link between the Municipal Administration and the citizens, who access all information on services, offices, procedures, transparency policies and certificates.
Claims, complaints and suggestions can be submitted to this office.
The Office has been operating since October 1994 with an average of 80/100 contacts per day.
Scope and services
- Delivery of copies of the administrative official documentation (deliberations, norms, regulations);
- consultation of published tenders, employee recruitment processes, newsletters and other publications by the Municipality;
- consultation of the City Council and Executive Board meeting announcement and agenda;
- advice to facilitate access to the Municipality offices and to the other administrations (providing opening times, addresses, available forms etc);
- providing information on procedural matters;
- advice and information for job searching and training;
- useful information on means of transport, culture, events, initiatives and leisure time activities;
- advice on institutions safeguarding citizen rights (defence, consumer associations, charitable institutions, ombudsman, justice of the peace).
